7 injured, 4 in critical condition; no ‘clear motive’ found yet

A shooting in the Los Angeles vicinity on May 5 has resulted in seven individuals sustaining injuries, with four of them in critical condition.

The incident occurred around 11:15 p.m, Saturday, near South Street and Paramount Boulevard, as reported by the Long Beach Police Department, as per an AP report.

Emergency responders transported the victims to nearby hospitals, while some made their way for treatment, according to the report.

Apart from the four critically injured victims, three others sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The suspects fled the scene prior to the arrival of law enforcement, and as of now, there is no clear motive for the shooting.
